Prompts for the advanced level
Use these only after a basic week has been lived. The assistant does not invent numbers. Unknown stays unknown.
1. Horizons
Study the idea, the project documents, and the current bet document. Separate a checked fact from an assumption.
Show the current 3–5 year draft and offer ways to sharpen it. Wait for my choice.
After that choice, offer bets for the year, the quarter, the month, and the week. Wait for my decision at each step.
For each bet, record the result, the threshold, the date, the type, and how proved it is. Mark anything unknown with the word "unknown".
Save what I chose in the bet document. Do not change other documents.
2. Causal links
Study the bet document and the project materials.
Offer causal links between bets and categories. For each, write the mechanism, the delay, and the evidence that already exists.
Ask about one link at a time and wait for my decision: confirm, change, or record as unknown.
Save the chosen links and the way to check them in the causal map. Do not change other documents.
3. Scorecard
Study the bet, the metric document, and the week plan.
Build a weekly scorecard:
- the month's aim;
- a table of 3 to 5 measures: name, role (leading, lagging, or guardrail), this week's fact, threshold, status ("on plan", "off plan", or "still collecting"), and owner.
Show the draft. After I confirm, save the scorecard. Do not change other documents.
